Today was my first day of brick training. If there is anybody reading this probably not, that doesn't know what brick training is; it is getting the legs ready for that painful transition from pedalling the bicycle to running. Brick training: your legs feel like they're made of bricks. It's fun stuff.

The ride was very windy. I followed this up with a 1 mile run.
